Rooms need renovation asap

Old depressing furniture ,

It was very nice and clean. My only complaint was that my room was very dark and cold

Would rate 5 stars but it appears the bigger the hotel chain the less amenities you get. Wifi? Pay extra, breakfast buffet? Pay extra, Parking? Pay extra. The fees for the extras are ridiculous. Staff was noce and professional

Amazing rooms. Seamless check in

The room was great just smelled bad.

The room was in good condition, amenities were fine. Biggest issue was the location of the room to San Pedro Square. Unless the windows and doors are replaced there is a major noise issue in this unit - every night of the week there is live music, on Thurs-Sat there is music until 2:00am. This is very impactful to sleep

The staff was very nice. The beds were very comfortable. The pillows were comfortable. It was not really fancy, but it was clean and I only slept there so it served my needs.

It was clean but sometimes they would forgot to put toilet paper or hand soap in the room. Another thing that I didn’t love was feeling like my door was going to open because it didn’t seem super stable. We normally put the chair in the room, in front of the door to keep it stabilized. It was a good property for what we paid for. We got what we paid for. I really appreciated the microwave and the fridge in the room. It was so nice! We got what we paid for so I can’t complain.
