The staff is pounding on your door at 10:00 a.m in the morning to see what time you’re going to check out. The water in the shower was slow to go down, which was disgusting. There was hair in the shower, not very clean. Not the very best for how expensive the hotel is.

Everything was fabulous, clean and the staff could not have been more helpful. My friend ending up being very sick and they moved me to another room at a discounted rate.

We got an upgrade on the room , the service was amazing ; hotel, amenities , everything was excellent.

Loved the restaurant, breakfast was no nonsense and as expected.

It was an excellent experience and you feel seamlessly like royalty. It’s a relaxing experience, the place takes you away and you feel like you’re back in the Great Gatsby error on some was, except pink and on the beach!

The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will stay here the next time we are in Tampa.
