This is perfect for a business traveller...not sure about a family though. Beds were tiny for 2 people ( smaller thanks UK double) so husband slept elsewhere! You can get a pot of coffee but not tea as standard...so I asked and a nice restaurant staff did bring a pot of tea. Bar staff miserable. Check in staff and house keeping happy. 5 mins drive from train station which was good. Hotel guests not allowed to use table tennis...thats rubbish.I wouldn't stay again with family.

Restaurant partly unavailable due to TIFF (film festival). Also bar area sometimes overrun due to TIFF. Don’t believe we received the full benefit of this hotel. On the plus side, hotel in excellent location.

Residences suite was huge, essentially a full size 1 bedroom apartment. Safe was large with room for a large laptop. Access to the residences building was a bit confusing at first with the way the elevators work, but once you figure it out it's fine. I think their system was down when I was checking in, so it took a while, but the staff at the check in desk were kind and helpful.

The location is fantastic—so close to everything, and the view was absolutely breathtaking! Having free parking was definitely a huge plus. The team was incredibly kind and accommodating; they even gave us an early check-in and a late checkout since we were in town for a concert. Thank you so much for making our stay so smooth and enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back

Clean, secure with a remarkable effort by staff to ensure one has everything they require to make their stay a pleasant experience.and need I mention, spectacular views of Toronto skyline from every vantage point of this condo.
