Good food in hotel chinese restaurant and morning buffet...not cheap for breakfast...good nice hotel.

The property was well maintained and the staff was amazing.

Staff at reception almost rejected us because they were not properly trained on current visa requirements. Porters were friendly. Restaurants and amenities were convenient and pleasant. WiFi worked easily. There was an iron and ironing board in the room. While clean and fairly well-decorated, our twin room had no privacy when changing and showering, because of all the mirrors. The shower itself was also awkward to use, despite instructions on the wall, and there was only one hook for either towel or clothes. Overall, it was not a comfortable experience.

The hotel is very old and dated and had big cockroaches in the reception. It is unlike an international four points Sheraton Hotel globally and I was very disappointed and I would not personally stay there ever again.
