Clean rooms helpful staff

Hotel was great, but staff were outstanding, including in the restaurant and bar. Would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at this hotel while attending an event at the Orpheum Theatre, and it was an excellent choice. We were mainly looking for the most comfortable beds near the theatre, and the customer reviews were absolutely right! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire hotel felt luxurious, with beautiful decor throughout. We also really appreciated being able to check in early when we arrived, which made our day so much easier. Not long after settling into our room, the staff even surprised us with cookies delivered to the room — such a thoughtful touch! A special shout out to the valet service as well — they were so eager to help that it was almost funny, in the best possible way. They were very welcoming, helpful, attentive, took good care of the car the, luggages, and made us feel very well taken care of. Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing stay, and we would happily return.

Staff were fantastic, great location, Spa service was excellent. Also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub and pool.

Stayed at the Fairmont Gold in Whistler recently. The room itself was very nice and comfortable, but unfortunately the overall Gold experience did not live up to expectations. The service felt below the standard I would expect from Fairmont Gold. While there is a lounge/buffet for Gold guests, it is quite limited and consists mostly of light snacks rather than a meaningful breakfast or food offering. I would not recommend counting on it as part of the value of the stay. Overall, while the accommodations were good, I personally did not find the Fairmont Gold upgrade worth the additional cost.

Cassandra hotel was great and clean. The hotel receptionist name Handra was so nice, amazing, friendly and helpful. I want to thank her.

Needed a place for one night near downtown, this was perfect for the price.
