Classic old school vancouver hotel, love the old school vibes. Christmas decorations on point and great services.

It was very average, room was dated the harbour view was of another office building for the price it’s overrated and recommend looking around at other options. Wouldn’t stay there again.

I was upgraded (maybe because I booked same day?) and there’s just something about a fireplace going while it’s cold and rainy as I sit on the floor putting together a Christmas LEGO set…I’ll need to make that an annual tradition. The staff was kind and attentive, making the stay especially welcoming. The property is gorgeous even in the pouring rain. Hot tub, spa, daily guest activities all made our stay delightful and I will absolutely stay here again. There were nice walks all around the property so I was able to get exercise with my dog as I do not ski. The restaurants are excellent and exactly what you hope for in a four seasons property. Try the house red—it’ll surprise you. I traveled with my small dog and it was very convenient to travel with a dog at this property. Just be careful, your dog may love it and now your travel standard becomes the Four Seasons.

Room is neatly clean but customer service need to be improved. Did not welcome the customer with smile or did not properly greet. Otherwise room is pretty clean.

Staff and room were both amazing! We had an incredibly early flight and not only did they hold our luggage way before check-in, they got the room ready ASAP so we were able to have a nap in the morning and were rejuvinated for the day. It was above and beyond our expectations.

We received the notice that there were no longer single used plastic shampoo/conditioner, bottles, which was fine. However, we were very surprised that there was no shampoo/conditioner/body wash at all. We expected that there would be multi use items attached to the wall. That was a miss as far as communication goes. Was also concerned about safety/security, recognizing there is no obstacle for anyone to enter the hotel guest levels. The elevators were not protected by a key card to go up to guest rooms. You could go directly from the street up to guest level with never encountering a staff member.
