Please suggest the property to add some gates on the property premises for people who smoke near by. The whole property is not smoke free. People smoke on the premises !! Not cool. Since, this property is kids friendly and very busy. Will appreciate more signs and awareness for smoke free areas.

Our room was peaceful and beautifully appointed, with a lanai that offered sweeping ocean views and the kind of stillness that instantly puts you at ease. The attention to detail—from the crisp linens to the fresh flowers—was impeccable. The pool area is simply stunning, and it’s clear the hotel is maintained with a great deal of pride and care. The overall atmosphere throughout the property is serene and elegant—a true escape from the bustle of Waikiki, while still being perfectly located. This is not just a hotel, it’s an experience. If you’re looking for timeless, understated luxury and genuine hospitality, Halekulani delivers in every way. We left feeling deeply rested and already dreaming about our return.

Love everything especially the pink!!

The property location is great, the beach is beautiful. We ate at the beach bar and it was mediocre. We just got a basic room and it was just that, basic- small. But staff did a great job coming and restocking every day. The traffic and city noise was extremely loud I our room regardless of having all windows closed up. The lobby is nice to relax and enjoy a coffee.

My stay at The Ritz Carlton O’ahu, Turtle Bay exceeded all my expectations! I arrived early and was anticipating needing to wait a bit to check-in to my room, but to my delight, my room was ready AND I received a free room upgrade to ocean view. I almost fainted when I got to my room and saw the view I had from my lanai! All of the staff was warm, welcoming, helpful, and knowledgeable about the island and activities. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that me and my family had the most perfect experience. The only thing I made note of is that there are people not staying at the property that come to visit, and they try participating in the activities that are exclusively for hotel guests - this happened twice for activities I was attending (lei making and hula dancing). I was surprised that non-resort guests were allowed to participate. That’s what our resort fees go towards, I believe. Anyways, that was minor in the grand scheme of things. This resort and the staff are top notch! I had the best time here and wept when I had to leave. I hope to return someday.

Great property, breakfast was excellent!

Great staff. Beach and shopping was easily accessible.
