Great location, staff and amenities. Property was well maintained with beautiful grounds and there were so many resort activity options. Lots of restaurants and shopping options. Lots of nearby tour attractions. Loved the hop on hop off trolley. Especially love the Royal Hawaiian shopping center connection that provided so much in every direction. Beautiful beach area and scenic ocean views. Dreamy Vacation. Wonderful place to celebrate anniversaries, birthdays, honeymoons, etc.

Beautiful hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The only downside is that the parking area is quite far from the hotel, which can be a little inconvenient. Other than that, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel!

I loved my stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. It’s in a nice quiet location outside of Waikiki. Plenty of places still within walking distance. The on-site restaurant is also amazing!

The property was clean however it was worn. The studio had a nice kitchen area with very basic cooking supplies and place setting for 4 people. The room was very dated, furniture was worn, air conditioners were run on max to cool the room. One of the TV's did not work despite maintenance attempting to fix it twice. When we spoke to the manager about compensating for this, they gave push back insisting that the TV worked except for a "few" channels which was not true. Beware, Expedia advertised the room had free Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi and amenities are not free, there is a 40+$/day amenities fee that covers Wi-Fi, the gym, pool etc. so if booking, expect to pay the daily amenities fee. If you are looking for a lower cost hotel, this is a good option
