9/10 Wonderful! (1,005 reviews)
We had an incredible stay.. special shout out to Chris, who met us when we arrived, help us unload our luggage…showed us to our room and gave us plenty of great recommendations in the area….was warm friendly and such a pleasure to be around….he made sure we had whatever we needed. Kyle behind the front desk was warm and friendly and always helpful.. breakfast was delicious and our waiter.. ( who was born and raised in the Bronx) was attentive and friendly… we will definitely be returning!!!

8/10 Very Good! (1,007 reviews)
Very disappointing experience. The property did not reflect how it was represented online and felt more like a hostel than a hotel. Our sheets and drapes were stained, hair on the floor and bathrooms, the elevator and common areas were dirty, and the overall condition was poorly maintained.
We requested a refund upon arrival but were only offered different rooms. Since it was late at night, we ultimately stayed.
Based on the cleanliness, condition, and overall experience, I would not recommend this property.
