Central Phoenix Waterpark Vacations

Finding out how/where to check in wasn’t straightforward but everything else was OK.

Staying at the Royal Palms is magical! We love it here! The pool is amazing and the staff are great! Dining at T.Cooks was lovely.

Beautiful hotel, our room and view was amazing. My wife and I stayed in the towers. The only downfall of this hotel is the extremely small main pool. We came for the 4th July weekend and were looking forward to spending time in the pool and listening to music, but it was extremely overcrowded. Zero sitting. The pool is just way too small. The water felt nasty. All those people chilling in standing water I can only imagine the filth floating in there. There was an additional pool on the property (Thank god!), but it has no DJ and no bar service on site. It's nice if you want peace and quiet, which we enjoy, but this trip we wanted to be where the action was and that just wasn't possible. In addition, the hotel offers day passes. This also contributed to the pool being overcrowded. My advice, build a bigger pool or limit day passes on holidays so long term paying customers can enjoy the hotel's accommodations. Nice hotel, but we will not be back. Simply because the pool scene is not the greatest. FYI- Zu Zu restaurant was amazing! Everything we ordered was great!

The rooms were very stylish and modern very friendly. Staff liked the little store and the food was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again.

I loved this hotel/casino. Video poker was fun. Glad they had some local beers on tap. I loved that one pool was open 24 hours! And the rooms were beautiful and very comfortable!

Room was very cold. And the elevators broke down on 2 days. The restaurants were wonderful and the amenities wre 1st class. Whole 4th of July celebration was outstanding. Will definitely go back.

Property is clean and in a great location. The front desk is very friendly and go out of their way to accommodate you. The room was clean and the sheets feel so soft and amazing. My only issue was with the spa, the girls were not friendly much and didn’t care to go out of their way to make you feel special . Often they were all gathered up front having small talk and laughing vs taking care of the spa guests and the spa is not cheap. My massage was good but not much spa amenities so I probably won’t be going back for the spa. Again hotel property is great and an awesome location.

Our room was clean, well prepared and no extra fragrance or scent. Staff was helpful and resourceful. We also used the spa on site for an extra fee and that was the best experience. The whole property was gorgeous and calming.
