The hotel is very nice. The inside is warm and inviting, and I really appreciate the self check-in. There was a staff member around to check in on me while checking in and was very friendly and helpful. She also explained all of the hotel features and made herself available if I had any further questions. My room was very clean, and had all the amenities you would expect from a great hotel + more. The bathroom is beautiful, with many options to choose the lighting that suits you best which I appreciate immensely as I have light sensitivity and the majority of hotels have that awful bright lighting in the bathroom. The shower and toilet were a pleasure to use. Both extremely modern, and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. I didn’t get a chance to order room service but will next time I visit as it was a short stay. On my way out the clerk was very friendly and wanted to make sure I enjoyed my stay. Overall it was the best hotel experience I have had and I will stay at SonoLux the next time I am in Montreal without a doubt.
