Cleaning lady try to enter the room twice this morning before 9am without knocking the door. Unacceptable!!!

The room looked exactly like the photos, clean, modern, spacious. The staff were really amazing and helpful! Especially, the first night we realised the air conditioning in our room was not working, so they managed to move us to a new room and gave us free breakfast as compensation. They were very quick and efficient resolving our problems. Also, we used the gym and it came with a sauna room which is pretty cool. The hotel is really great and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff definitely added a lot to the stay. The train station and bus stop are also right next to the hotel so that’s amazing.

Nice sized room. Convenient location. Close enough to walk to everything but far enough to not hear the noise from the busy streets.

The hotel is clean and quite nice. Rooms are big. However it is a bit out of town so lots of walking required. It’s not really close to a train or tram station.

Clean room good size, staff helpful brought us feather pillows as we requested the bed was hard though. Good location transport just outside.

Overall a nice place to stay.

Pleasant location with easy access to many restaurants and shopping centers. The room was nice, but the room service wasn't the best. We booked a family suite, but unfortunately, they didn't give us the view we requested. Instead, we had a view of the interior of the hotel, which felt very strange.
