The hotel was undergoing work so the whole outside area was out of use which we wasn’t informed about also the air conditioning was switch off due to being out or season so sleeping conditions were hot and the breakfast was so busy with lots of food running out

Well located, across from the main train station, walking distance from all the shopping and principal points of interest. Modern and very well kept.

The room and hotel were clean. Roof top bar was nice. The images of the rooms make the room appear larger than they are. With 2 people, 2 suitcases and 2 back packs there was minimal room to get around the bed or into bathroom. The bathroom is in a glassdoored room so if you’re not comfortable on the toilet or showering in front of somebody, get comfortable. The chair to put your shoes on sits in front of the glass doors so you can sit and take in the view of your partner on the pot or in the shower. AC worked great. Great barber two doors down. If you need laundry, get it in early as she gets overwhelmed quickly.

Clean and comfortable hotel in the outskirts of town. Fortunately the 25 bus is nearby and dependable. Courteous staff and ample breakfast contribute to a positive experience.

I really liked the location - it’s central but not too busy. It is on a side street though in the university area so can seem a bit rowdy at times. The bed was comfortable and hotel staff helpful. However I would’ve expected better amenities from a 4 star hotel - there was no ironing facilities and had to ask a few times for shower gel to be replaced. The hotel seemed a bit dated and perhaps had been refurbished from a smaller scale b&b before? Also slightly outrageous to charge €9 per day just for putting things in the mini fridge? However I liked the nice touches of welcome cards, turn down chocolates etc.
