Cancun South Waterpark Vacations

The staff and workers all were very pleasant. They all worked hard and put 100% effort to make the trip enjoyable. The one nightmare we had was with Palace Elite offices. Very pushy in trying to make you join their membership. They made a mistake with out billing which ended up overcharging our bill. We spend hours and hours of our vacation trying to clear up this bill and they still didnt take care of it.

Good breakfast buffets and options. I like that there are lots of different pool options with very different vibes (activity pool, family pool, adult's only pool, etc.), but the only thing that would make it perfect on the pool scene is if there was a main large pool similar to Nizuc or Sunset. Maybe the resort was just thinking that if people want that vibe, then they can just go over there, but obviously not quite as convenient to get over there although honestly not too hard with the gold cart situation. I don't know, as I just typed that out, maybe that is fine to go over there if you want the large pool scene. We did go to Surnise for one day, but we were over it pretty quickly given the crowd type and the much lower quality of service (staff to person ratio very low vs The Grand, which makes sense since The Grant is more). Food quality was pretty good, but not at the level of a resort like the Majestic which always ranks very high in food quality. That said, as long as you book reservations for dinner, you'll be happy at most of the places.
