I had originally booked the holiday inn for mine and my daughter’s Disney trip. When we arrived at the holiday inn I was really disappointed and I was able to book the Hilton. As soon as we arrived at the Hilton I knew I made the right choice. Check in was amazing. I told the staff member what happened and she upgraded my room to a Disney view and gave me free breakfast! The room was amazing, the hotel was amazing. They have a shuttle service through a 3rd party that takes you to Disney! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

It was a pretty decent stay. Elevators and hallways need some cleaning and some of the common areas. Spa was down for our stay, which was disappointing, but I probably will come back to stay. Price was reasonable.
