Laundry room was convenient.

The location is unbeatable. The breakfast buffet is unbelievably good. The room was big and comfortable. This is probably the best hotel we’ve stayed for the past few years.

Staff was excellent to work with. Our room was quite small, but it had a mini fridge and everything worked well.

Extremely disappointed with the breakfast included policy. I could have the continental breakfast or eggs on toast and alike. However, I couldn’t have a bowl of fruit and the scrambled eggs that I ordered. Paid nearly £450 for one night. Never know this degree of penny pinching from a hotel of this apparent quality. Left with a poor taste in my mouth, unfortunately it wasn’t the fruit! Why not charge more on the room cost, than this have this draconian policy at breakfast. Very poor brand Jumeriah! Suggest you think like a customer……
