Nice place, strict check-in/check-out policies lead to long lobby lines but staff was attentive, enormous gallery downstairs, but access to everything from Lawson’s to a nice Teppanyaki restaurant, hard to get a room on the higher floors to see the tokyo tower, but hotel is right next door basically so easy to walk over and see it. Decent train access. Hotel rooms are dated, 70’s80’s vibe so kinda retro feel but everything works including the touchtone phone in the bathroom :)

A very nice hotel in good location very helpful staff. However the experience was soured by the very large and a bit noisy at night building site right next to the hotel. Request a room on the opposite side and the stay would be better.

The staff were friendly and the place was very clean! There were so many free rental goods and the extra stuff to be purchased was reasonably priced. I never ate at the restaurant but they did have a decent selection, with reasonable prices. My only complaint would be that hotel rooms have a very small garbage.
