Greeted with Whittaker’s milk chocolate squares. I was so grateful, that the staff gifted me a few extras. Nice restaurant and accessible to anywhere in this beautiful city.

I absolutely loved this property it had the right amount of busy but calm/quiet charm in a safe suburb at the right times. Staff both front desk and back house excellent service provided. As a single female traveling alone as a lot of us are doing these days the parking arrangements are safe, simple and easy. The safety of this property for me was above reproach and I’ve travelled quite extensively during my time on active duty. I greatly recommend getting a garden view room and highly regard this place as top tier places to have stayed at during peak season and especially now during fall/winter months. I took extra care to rent a car and even joyed getting use driving on the left side of the road.

Great size room with an amazing view of sky Tower and the Harbour bridge. Nice decor and useful amenities like a coffee machine. Room was kept very clean .

This hotel has everything you need. Close to food and activities. Casino located inside. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Stayed in the Wellington Sofitel and found the staff there much friendlier. However, the staff at the Auckland hotel were adequate! Just not as friendly.
