Everything was absolutely amazing. The staff were great and the location of the hotel was perfect for us.
My only dislike was that I couldn't change the temperature of the room it was nice enough to open the windows but I attract misquitos and didnt want them in the room.
Would definitely stay there again and would have liked to try the spa.
They had the best breakfast out of all the places we went to.

Breakfast and coffee had started at 7 each morning, but with being in Milan there was plenty of options.
I chose the property for its location, being a 15 min walk to the cathedral and another 15 min walk to the canal restaurant area.
Plenty of shopping in between and the area overall felt extremely safe.

The property is was perfect for our purposes. If you are looking for a luxury stay with attentive service this is probably not for you but a great deal, rooms were lovely. You get a code before check in, similar to Airbnb, to access the property. It was great for our first trip to milan
