Friendly personel, clean and spacious rooms

Have stayed at the Crivis many years. But sadly, needs renovating.

Great breakfast, comfortable room, helpful staff

Clean room but dirty grout in bathroom and dirty bottom in the bath tub. Ran out of shower gel. Staff service very poor - hard to get a good morning out of them, nevermind a smile..... Scrambled eggs overcooked and luke warm, same for spinach, beans and carrots. All in all, 4 out of 10 from me - room for improvement, especially for the service.

Great Hotel. Has a parking lot right at the door. Staff is super friendly. Rooms are comfortable.

We stayed at their suites with a hint of Duomo view. Very good quality over all. Love the bathroom lay out & amenities. Water pressure 👍👍.

What a wonderful hotel, so glad my research led me to it!! I am very picky with hotels and am only happy in new luxury hotels and this hotel was fabulous! Even the air conditioning was wonderful and I almost never can say that!! Perfect hotel, will only stay here when I return to Milan from now on. Area around hotel is good too, with dining, shopping and gelato options you won’t be disappointed!
