Area was great, room was clean but staff was very slow. At the restaurant we would wait 30+ minutes for a drink and we left twice waiting to be seated. Also it closes much to early. Same experience at the pool. Slow service and very small pool and extremely limited seating. No organized activities for adults or kids. Overall it was a pleasant hotel however. Bathroom soap dispensers were not working well and sink was very worn out but very clean.

Everyone was exceptional! We enjoyed our massages Miss Lisa was amazing and my husband thought Ronni did a great job too. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay at the Sofia! We arrived in San Diego very early Saturday morning and they let us check-in early which made us SO happy! The room had everything we needed and the location was so perfect!!

The property was in great shape and the room was very nice. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Plenty to do within a short walking distance.
