Northern Arizona Waterpark Vacations

Not even sure why we pay for amenities when they can’t even be utilized. Tried to go to the pool and every time it was packed. Only seats available were cabanas and no one is spending that type of money for a neighborhood hotel. Not to mention the pool staff were strict. My young daughter had to empty out her tumbler in front of them and we couldn’t even bring in a small bag of chips for her. Once again, this is a neighborhood hotel, not a rowdy strip hotel so have some respect for the locals that keep you guys surviving. Not to mention upon check in, I had to remind the front desk later that I’m a VIP with benefits. I shouldn’t have to remind them when it’s literally right there in their face. “Upgraded” room wasn’t available, but she ever so kindly (sarcasm) stuck me on the 7th floor instead of the 3rd. Once again, treat your locals with a little respect. She had to see my ID to see that I was local. For the room, my fridge was propped up on 2 wooden boards so it wouldn’t tip it over… still tipped over. Be for real Aliante. You guys have gone down hill.

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel was beautiful and our room was extremely spacious and wonderful. The hotel had everything you could want. Besides the shows/events we had scheduled to go to, and places we wanted to see, there was no other reason to leave. Beautiful , huge casino, tons of amenities, amazing canal shops, so many restaurants and eating options. For the places we did go, it was all very accessible from the hotel. If you are there, you must go to the Sphere for an amazing experience. We have been to Vegas several times, but to be honest, our stay there has made us want to visit more frequently and I don’t think we would want to stay anywhere else. We have nothing negative to say, and nothing we wish to have been better (except for maybe winning big).

Large rooms with a family great pool is awesome. It’s a great overall property.
