For examples such as dirty glasses were not replaced with new ones, some electrical outlet in our rooms were not working, cleaning solution was left in our room m, and bedsheet and cover had a musty-smelling. We notified the front desk. This is a beautiful resort and the services should be improved.

This is the most amazing hotel and I highly recommend you stay at this resort. I stayed in king room overlooking the beach and it was superb. The staff are wonderful and the restaurants serve beautiful dishes, my favourite was the Italian restaurant. I will be back in 2027, and I will stay longer than 3 days as the experience was truly unforgettable.
