Clean and large room with an extra sitting area. There was a small bar sink and fridge which is great for long stays. The in room washer/dryer is useful if you don’t want to pack to much. Would stay again!

Clean and spacious room, amazing staff, beautiful view. The hotel itself is a little dated but we really enjoyed our stay there nevertheless. The staff is incredibly helpful and lovely.

Needed to pay 3000 yen per person to go to the pool that was listed as a property amenity. Only those who are on a higher floor have access included with their room. Since we weren't on a top floor room - just the 23rd floor, we were told we would need to pay extra to access it. Really, the pool should not be listed as a property amenity if it's not available for guests unless we pay extra. View was really nice. Staff were really nice. We specifically chose to make a reservation at this hotel because it had a pool.
