Great staff and great service

We had two rooms for two night June 8, 2026. One of the rooms had no toilet paper squares in it so we asked the owner for some. He declined and told us to was with the middle sink and use a towel. So this was our last straw. First straw, it's located in a graffiti alley that got sketchy at night. Second, the rooms were so so small. Getting lights to stay on was confusing. Plug in outlets too old it couldn't hold a plug. Last, the owner lied that its a 4 star. We left the next morning after we walked to a store for toilet paper. We lost/walked away from $650 for one more night that we had already paid for. The owner and the toilet paper issue was just unreal. Find another hotel plz. Any other hotel would work! Excellent location and very helpful staff.

Exceptional service and amazing view

I thought it was a very clean, modern, well maintained property in a great location. Very walkable to major attractions and very friendly and accommodating staff. Enjoyed the lobby and rooftop bars and appreciated the rooftop restaurant for lunch and dinner. I thought the restaurant menu was very creative, infusing Japanese flavor and style into some dishes. Breakfast was very familiar and comforting. I look forward to returning.

Fabulous and unexpected hotel this close to the airport! Felt like you were in the Italian countryside.

This was the worse hotel I’ve stayed at. The room had a disgusting smell (like fried food) even after house keeping is done cleaning. A random person was walking around on the 3rd floor and nocking on every room’s door, I had to call reception who basically told me don’t worry they will not bother you again! Staff were not friendly. They had 2 elevators, one of which was broken all 4 days that I was there. All guests are using 1 elevator so the wait line was crazy. Location is ok not crazy convenient. Would not recommend staying there.

don't go, terrible, no amenities, no staff, air conditioning cannot keep room under 80 degrees in the summer, we booked the best suite and it was terrible cannot imagine other rooms
