The room we stayed in was very very dark, very little natural light and lighting in the room was not fully functional. Room was also right on top and I mean right on top of the elevator, so pretty steady stream of noise into our room from there.

The kitchen was well-stocked and the room was amazing! The check-in should be smooth but I had booked an early check in, called 6 weeks prior to arrival to confirm, received an email confirmation and called again to confirm an early check in, and had to sit in the lobby while the company that handles check in told the woman at the desk I was lying and didn’t have one like I didn’t have the paperwork to prove it. I missed my arrival time at the airport because of it. The rest of the stay was great but, that left a bitter taste in my mouth. So long as you have a normal check-in time I had no issues whatsoever. Just, whatever company handles their check-in and out process is horrid.

Maids were great. Restaurants connected was fabulous. Staff was helpful

Everything was great, however the pool itself was not heated, it was cold and no one really stayed in it for that reason. Thankfully there was a hot tub.

I enjoyed staying at Newbury Boston for the second time. I happened to tell Kai at check-in that it happened to be my birthday week and surprisingly there was a gorgeous petite cake in our room! Overall, the staff was very friendly and extremely professional. The gym was complete and very clean. We also had breakfast in our room birthday morning and it was delish!

Beautiful hotel. From the moment you are greeted by the valet, bell hop, front reception you are treated like royalty. 5 stars all around!
