The location of the hotel was amazing — close to everything and easy to walk around. The staff was friendly when we did interact with them, but there was never anyone at the front desk. If you need assistance or if something happens at the property, you have to text or WhatsApp a number, and the response can take a while. The room itself was comfortable, and the bathroom was fine, nothing special but functional. Overall, it’s a good stay if you value location and don’t mind limited on-site service.

In general, the condition of the room was pretty poor. The bathroom had a lot of different problems and needs be fully reconditioned. The bath/shower was dirty and difficult to use without spraying water everywhere. The room has an alarm or detector that blinks brightly at night and the bulbs for lights over the paintings flicker even when power is turned off requiring a sleeping mask.

Spotless room , i had a junior suite on the 7th of 8 floors with a great sea view from the balcony. Great friendly staff, a special mention for Kate on reception who sorted out a minor discrepancy for me. Lovely breakfast although the bacon was nearly always cold . Champagne was on offer every day at breakfast. One of the best hotels i have stayed in 5 stars.

Clean room , has free self parking garage. Beautiful view and beaches. Free breakfast had a large varieties but taste was so so. Very helpful and friendly staff.
