Clean rooms, Front desk staff very courteous and helpful. Outstanding front desk employees where most of the time, my decision to go back to a hotel depends on how the employees made me feel.

Excellent location just minutes from the cutest underground stations Metro 1. Our room was spacious and situated in the street off the main boulevard. Only criticism was the bathroom towels. They were in need of replacing as very hard, thin and a bit grey!

The room was nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice and a great selection of savory and sweet. Would stay here again.

Every meal was beautifully presented and full of flavor, with high-quality ingredients and a great variety of options. Hotel Rum is very well located, in a quiet street but still central and with easy access to transportation. The decor is nice and modern, service is professional. Breakfast is served on the rooftop restaurant which offers beautiful views of Budapest.

Perfect location. Excellent service and lovely room with balcony. Such a lovely gesture to have a birthday gift of fizz and chocolates left for us.
