The hotel is under construction so a lot of the amenities were unavailable and I had no heat in my room they sent someone to fix it everyday but it was never resolved. They offered to move me the last day of my stay which I felt was useless I was already sick and leaving the next day. I will say the room was clean and the staff was super kind and I’m going to assume this was just a one off.

Clean and comfortable place. Parking is close and they have electric vehicle parking. Staff is wonderful and recommended some great places to eat.

The staff was lovely and I really appreciated the kind and hospitable nature of the hotel. I will say, however, that the room was a little rundown (Ex. a broken cabinet door, discolored lampshades, a glitchy TV remote, and chips on the corners of the vanity). Those are just little things that made it feel not as upscale, but overall I really enjoyed the experience.

No work space available in the room

The room was very pleasant - I would have preferred a higher floor but bed was comfortable and room was clean. Check in was easy - I was at hotel only to sleep so I didn't utilize restaurant or bar area but they looked really nice.

I’ve never stayed at a 5 star hotel that charged you for shampoo, soap, or body wash. Considering the price of the hotel I would never expect to see a notice saying we would be charged for taking shampoo. It gives the impression that the hotel is nickel and diming guests. In addition, the idea of reusing stuff from other guests is also gross. The hotel also didn’t provide toothbrushes, combs, or basic toiletries that other 5 star hotels provide. Lastly to add onto the nickle and diming, never in my life have a stayed at a 5 star hotel that charges for sauna and steam room use. Either include that service in the base price or put a notice saying that a charge is required.

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay, we felt like home.
