The room was very hot. I asked several times to regulate it for me. The people at the front desk were all lovely but nobody ever fixed the temperature of the room. It was also annoying to have to go to the front desk for ice. Location and staff great. Hotel rooms a bit dated.

Loved this hotel! I would definitely stay here again. The only complaint I have, is the lighting in the room. The light over the headboard wasn’t too bright. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was nice and spotless, the staff were very friendly. Not to mention, it is close to Union Station.

Unfortunately, my bathroom was dirty. There was no hand soap, and there was hair everywhere--behind the door, in front of the toilet, in front of the tub, etc. I had already unpacked for a 2 week stay in town, or I'd have moved. The hotel did call and offer to clean for me and to move me. I declined again, I had too much to repack.

Staff are super helpful and accommodating. Arrived around 12nn and had an early check-in. Location is also super convenient and near tourist spots. Highly recommended!!! ✨

Quiet and clean. Very conveniently located in Old Town. Spectacular roof bar setting.

Beautiful property, with spa, gym, and seasonal outdoor pool. Rooftop Japanese fusion bar/restaurant and lobby bar with afternoon tea service and cafe. Didn’t get a chance to try 2nd floor breakfast but it was in a nice airy space. Room service is the same high quality as the food in the lobby. Would definitely stay again!
