Excellent new Hotel with all ammenties. Close to the airport yet close to sightseeing in Madrid.

Nice and comfortable apartment. Just a few things about maintenance but overall, it’s a great stay

A beautiful hotel with lovely staff. We especially liked the breakfast; a great buffet and you could choose one option from the menu. The library was a very comfortable place to sit and unwind after a day exploring Madrid. The staff were happy to bring a drink to us too. We slept very well in the huge bed. We’d happily return if in the area again.

Very nice hotel and good rate for what you get. Hotel has a very private feel and has your own small hallway to your door. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very close to the metro (bus and subway) and has some pretty good food options near it (think small cafes and quick eats). Not right in central Madrid but very well connected. About 15-20 min train ride to Plaza Mayor.

The hotel is beautiful and covered in art. The staff are the best and most helpful staff I’ve ever encountered. I don’t usually give out 10/10 ratings but this was genuinely one of the best places I’ve ever stayed

Best hotel I have stayed in.

In general great hotel, I always stay at edition. But this one was super noisy, I couldn’t get even one good nite sleep! A homeless under my room dog was barking all the nite, noisy neighbours during weekend and the staff wouldn’t bring you enough towels etc. Very very minimal and dark in the bathroom area, I expected way more.

We didn’t really have control over the AC but it was set to a good temperature. Everything else was perfect. The bed was so comfy and the rooms and bathroom was so nice. Planning on returning here asap

Very friendly staff. I love the way the clientel was very mixed. As an African in Spain it felt very welcoming.

Great stay if you’re wanting the rooftop bar that overlooks the palace . Clean and comfortable- ticked all boxes

This was our third time at this hotel, excellent experience as always! Only point of improvement is that the check in is very slow
