Friendly, accommodating staff! The rooms were clean and spacious. We had a very difficult time traveling and got there very late. The front desk was proactive at getting us checked in and making sure we were able to access our rooms past check-in time.

Fresh coffee should be there in lobby at all tomes. All else was good friendly staff fresh breakfast cleanliness e.t.c.

The hotel was OK but pricey. Breakfast included but limited to three dishes. The access to the beach waa 2 blocks away. No coffee. The staff was very good. maker in the room. The hotel carpets were overused

Everyone at hotel was great. Moved me to a better room after the first was too noisy - it was the elevator next to my room. Beach Staff and restaurant could not be better. However, concierge was not great. Couldn’t help with any rezy or the spot in NYC. When I asked about making a simple dining reservation at the hotel itself (which is fantastic,) they were looking for a markup on a table rezy…so my two cents stay at the hotel but make your own rezy
