From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warm hospitality and thoughtful service that stays consistent throughout your stay. The staff go above and beyond in every interaction—always kind, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure you feel welcome and cared for. Every little detail feels curated with comfort and elegance in mind, from the decor to the amenities. The hotel itself is beautifully designed—charming, intimate, and refined, striking that perfect balance between modern luxury and cozy warmth. It’s the kind of place where you can really relax and enjoy some peace away from the noise of the city. That said, the one small downside is its location. It’s not right in the heart of downtown Lisbon, so if you’re hoping to walk out and be immediately surrounded by shops and major landmarks, this might feel a little tucked away. But if you’re okay with a quick ride into the city center, the tranquility and high level of service more than make up for it. Overall, this hotel offered one of the best stays I’ve had in Lisbon. If you’re looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and well-run hotel with truly outstanding service, Wine & Books is a fantastic choice. I’d stay here again.

Staff was amazing help !!

Great location and good breakfast. But pool almost never gets sunlight and hotel has no gym.

We travel often - this hotel was wonderful! Lots of amenities, central to walking around Lisbon. Staff was incredible- very helpful and attentive!! Wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of everything they offered!

Supermarket is right across the road, savve money by picking up one of their hot meals. Mall is also 3 blocks from hotel, great walk
