Great place to stay. The beach is perfect

While the hotel was great in all the different categories the staff going out of their way to help stood out the most. I had some issues with parking and really appreciated the efforts they went to resolve them!

We stayed in the towers. We were astonished by how poorly executed the elevator system was. For almost every ride up or down, we had extensive wait times. This was quite shocking for an experience we paid $700 a day for. On top of that, our room was only cleaned once, despite the fact that I asked for service. Lastly, the hotel seems to have been overused and slightly rundown, with handles broken, mirrors tilted–generally, far below the quality of a top flight hotel. It seems to be resting on its laurels, rather than paying close attention to the facility and quality of service. I was underwhelmed and definitely will not rebook there.

The hotel was not as advertised. It did not have a lobby or any staff - you had to go outside to the hotel next door to check in, access the pool and speak to any staff. The beach was also not as advertised in the photos. The chairs guests had access to were in a section with a number of other hotels. We were sat maybe 20 rows back and couldn’t see the water. The golf cart service advertised was not available. The hotel also had a bit of a dank smell in the hallways.

The only thing I didn't like is that they don't leave the Sign so that the one who cleans the rooms does not enter

Room was immaculate.

Everyone at hotel was great. Moved me to a better room after the first was too noisy - it was the elevator next to my room. Beach Staff and restaurant could not be better. However, concierge was not great. Couldn’t help with any rezy or the spot in NYC. When I asked about making a simple dining reservation at the hotel itself (which is fantastic,) they were looking for a markup on a table rezy…so my two cents stay at the hotel but make your own rezy

Clean room , friendly staff , bar , and nearby restaurant and the beach. For parking there’s a garage $20 for 24hrs GREAT Deal.
