The hotel front desk staff was very helpful. We forgot to ask his name though. He provided very detailed public transport information to the Airport, when uber and taxi were not available due to the rainy weather. Thanks for his help, we made to the airpot on time.

Comfortable and clean room that was very quiet. We had quite possibly the worst shower I have ever experienced. A luke warm trickle at best.

The staff were nice,had to pick keys in one place and cab it to the apartment,top floor ,elevator went so far to 4th floor and then lots of stairs .Apartment was good and close to centre of old city

Ideal location for getting out and about in Prague. Very clean with helpful friendly staff. Disappointed there was no bar on the hotel pictures it does look as if there is a roof top bar but still you can take your own drinks and snacks up there to enjoy the amazing view.

This aparthotel was an exceptional stay. The rooms are immaculately clean, very quiet (almost silent due to the courtyard blocking all street noise), well connected (2 metro lines and a tram stop at the entrance), and well appointed. The staff helped with replenishing amenities as requested and were very responsive via email. The bedding is excellent with soft and warm goose down covers and pillows that feel like clouds. The staff provided complimentary water, fruit basket, and even a small birthday gift for my stay. Only two things to note that may impact your stay: - The room does not have black out blinds. - Each unit only has so much hot water. Long showers using the rainfall head may mean you have to wait a while for anyone else to shower. If I'm ever in Prague again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in these apartments again!

Clean room. Nice staff and housekeeping. Toiletries were top notch. Received a bottle of wine for being a VIP Expedia member. Breakfast was not included. We paid approx. 950 CZK for two. If you’re able to, pay for the breakfast. Buffet was well stocked and had a great selection. Would definitely recommend.
