Namakwaland Waterpark Vacations

We are from Ontario, Canada and this was our last stop in our trip of celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary, great breakfast, rooms nice with air conditioning ( thank goodness ) Outside Pool with bar

Unfortunately, we got there late and we only got to sleep and wake up early in the morning to catch our flight, but it was a beautiful hotel, clean modern and relatively close to Rome airport

Staff was very informative and helpful, location was in a prime area.

The Breakfast was great and the staff were good.

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. We booked this for our 2 night stay in Rome to start our honeymoon. We both had been to Rome previously and knew the location was a bit out of the main part of the city - but we wanted to stay close to the train station for early departure. We thought this would be worth it since it was a 4 star hotel, but honestly we wish we spent a bit more for something nicer. The room was tiny and felt very dated. And we could hear when guests came home at night, and even when the neighbouring rooms flushed their toilet! The staff was didn’t really make any effort, and every time we came downstairs they were outside smoking. Balcony was dirty and could not be used. We hadn’t planned on spending much time in the room, but seeing how below average everything was we spent even more time outside. Not worth the money at all

Great getaway

A stunning property in a very quiet and convenient location. Excellent breakfast, Wonderful staff. We loved the art and decor. The bathroom was fantastic and the room was exceptionally comfortable.

There were too many things that were not communicated clearly at this hotel. I would not go back there nor recommend it to other travelers. The front desk is open til 11 pm and if you don't arrive by then, you don't get in. We nearly missed this window because of a flight delay, which caused a lot of stress. They do not mention that the apartments are up a spiral staircase inside the room, to cart luggage up and down. An older woman who checked in when we did, asked staff to help carry her luggage and they refused. Staff recommended a driver service to pick us up at the airport. He did not answer What's App messages and we ended up paying double the rate we had budgeted for, because we had to get an airport taxi to the hotel. We stayed there to try to save money because Rome hotels are very highly priced, but it ended up being more expensive for us to stay here in Fiumicino by taking a taxi to the hotel and back to the airport for the train the next morning. There was no wifi password given at check-in and nothing in the room, so when the front desk staff left at 11 pm, ten minutes after we arrived, we couldn't access wifi. Not very professional or organized in their communications.

A wonderful oasis!

The hotel Mancino is excellent super nice and the staff is amazing people I recommend 100%

The hotel is on The Strip which is a really good location. The check in was good as we were able to self check in and check out so we didn't have to que. The luggage store was free which was a bonus. We stopped in the Valley Tower and the room was a good size with a small table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool. The hotel was the only one on our travels which didn't provide free coffee which is really poor as the coffee was part of the mini bar. It would benefit signage as to how to exit the hotel onto the Strip as you can walk round for ages trying to get out and if you exit via the hotel lobby you end up round the back of the hotel trying to find a safe walking route.

Decent spot. Queue for breakfast is long but moves fast. Gym is decent but no water available. Rooms are good but frosted glass on shower wall not ideal
