The hotel itself was lovely however staff could have a nicer disposition. There is no room service despite being advertised on the website. Price that was paid was very reasonable however parking charges were unreasonable as there is ample parking.

Dirty bath with mould around tiles, long hair left in the bath from previous guest. Damaged , unsafe hairdryer, called 3 times to have it changed, we were still waiting upon checkout.

Our stay at the voco Grand Central was great. All the staff were great. Located at the train terminal. Just an overall wonderful time.

This was an excellent place to stay but expensive. But worth it as a treat. But the old saying you get what you pay for is certainly applies to this place! The front desk was unbelievable. They took your bags upstairs for you. They catered to every whim. I would definitely recommend this place. The food was excellent.

The staff members are what make this hotel a good hotel. Breakfast was great - reasonable choice for the Continental element and then a cooked offering on top! I might have missed it, but a bowl of just bananas and apples would go down well with breakfast, for those who want it!
