So much trash on the carpets in the hallway. Running a vacuum has not been done in a while. Stains in sheets, and mirror had writing I. It from previous guest meaning not really cleaning. Overall just needs more care into cleaning. Right downtown is a plus, skyline is nice, just wished it was a little cleaner and not as dirty

Great hotel! When we got to our room I noticed the foundation of the toilet was leaking. We to front desk and they immediately took care of us. They changed our room and even gave a a little upgrade. I enjoyed my stay overall.

In my 5 nights of stay no one cleans the room, change towels, collect the trash and Some of the reception staff are kinda rude.
The building is old but still looks good. The reception area smells nice.
