I was treated with utmost respect and assistance that made my stay worthwhile that I would stay for another week or month if I could. I will absolutely come back and already recommended it with friends.

A beautiful oasis in the quiet island of Carabao. A hidden gem! We organised a private boat from Boracay to and from the island and were able to dock at the hotel beachfront making it even more special an experience. The room was wonderful, clean and with an incredible ocean view. We had the entire hotel to ourselves pretty much, with only a few other guests staying at the time, and were treated like VIPs. We opted for dinner at the hotel each night and lunch on our last day and were delighted by the quality of the Filipino style food cooked by Chef Melvin. The staff, Gloria and Ciarra, were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They organised massages for us and scooters to tour round the island ready for us at the hotel on our second day. This was a great way to see all the beaches and cathedral cove. The roads were really good to drive on. The hotel beach offered incredible snorkeling. Definitely recommend taking a few days to visit Carabao island and stay at this hotel if you can, for the ultimate in relaxation and an opportunity to explore an undiscovered island.

Brilliant hotel - big but transport is always available 24/7. Good pools, private beach always clean. Variety of food each morning - stayed for 28 nights never bored. Friendly staff, decent foam party. About 10 mins ride from dmall / white beach. Diniwind beach is about 10 mins walk.

Excellent and friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed. Conveniently located. Highly recommend the hotel and using their transportation services.

Service and the property were perfect. I will definitely come again. You must try the seafood croquettes!!!

Front desk was so helpful and nice. They even decorated for my son’s birthday and the restaurant staff gave him a cake and sang for him on his birthday which was a surprise to us. Beach in front of hotel was beautiful!! On our last day a lot of the staff came outside and waved goodbye until we left. Would definitely stay there again!

The Pinnacle is a fantastic hotel located at the far end of station 1 on White Beach. It’s very clean , the rooms are modern and spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and food are very nice. The only downside was the poor WiFi connectivity in our room, but when you’ve got White Beach on your doorstep WiFi is a minor niggle!!

Very friendly & nice environment hotel is simple ,clean Victoria & Paulo is very helpful to all our quires we will go back again next trip to Boracay.
