The Manadarin staff meeting us at the airport to take us to the dock were very courteous and provided great customer service! As well as the Captain of the boat and his crew. The hotel staff received us with a warm Mabuhay welcome! They provided quality customer service! The room attendant kept our room cleaned and stocked! The pool staff also greeted us with a smile as well as the bar staff! All the la Fiesta restaurant staff greeted us with a warm Mabuhay welcome! Mr. John Mar provided outstanding customer service!! He is very attentive to all his customers. He ensured our coffee lattes we're replenished. He also brought fruits and fresh fruit drinks to out table. He is a fine representative and asset to the the Manadarin Bay Resort and Spa. This is our second time staying at the Manadarin Bay Resort and Spa. We have recommended this hotel to our family and friends and they too have stayed at this h beautiful Hotel!!

Room was clean and the staff were courteous and helpful. Our experience started off poorly, with a number of complaints. Some things remained unresolved, however the staff did everything within their powers to rectify things. The rooms facing the entrance were noisy, and the walls between rooms did not block noise well Location was great, right near Dmall

We are a family with kids aged 12 and 14 and stayed for three nights. The entire experience from check in to check out was incredible. Everyone was genuine and cared about our stay. The property and rooms were immaculate, food was good. Buffet breakfast had everything you could need. The staff were always attentive and fun to talk with and it felt like you were hanging out with family. We loved that we could walk into the busy area but it was extremely quiet at night. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. We switched to a. Different hotel and are disappointed we didn’t just stay there for the trip.

This was a lovely, quiet place to stay on the island with a family with lots of easy amenities. The price for families from the US will feel super cheap even if you eat room service, poolside etc throughout your stay. The spa massages are great and really cheap (like $70 with a tip for a great 90 minute massage so def check it out!) The offsite water sports are very overpriced onsite though so head into town in a tuk tuk and arrange with an agency.

Beach front, excellent! Staff, excellent customer service, polite, accommodating and helpful. Restaurants were great, buffet has great variety but some of the dishes could be more enhanced flavor wise. Rooms are big and comfortable especially the pillows. Overall I would come back and will recommend, bit pricey but you get good service and lodging for your bucks!

This was a great place but what made it extra memorable was the staff. Ruby was the best and absolutely wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!!

Very comfortable, awesome staff, very clean and kept well! Love the area, and we will be back.

There was no window in the room, but it was okay for a 1-day stay for us. Breakfast was good and the ocean view from the lobby was great.
