The hotel charge a $ 20 resort fee per day which i was not informed about till check out. The resort has no massage service and no pool. how can they charge a resort fee.????

Great hotel and great stay, location is in downtown and walking distance from pike place. My only complaint is that Expedia doesn’t tell you the hotel has additional charges that are not mentioned when yoh check out, we were surprised to receive an additional bill.
