Older vintage hotel with old world charm. Unfortunately room 405 had a leaky shower faucet, room was too cold/heat didn’t work and there’s an eye level view of the building’s mechanicals and giant fan. Staff was helpful, esp valet parking- convenient to walk to the Moore Thestre. Close to many of the downtown sights.

As soon as my boyfriend and I stepped foot on the property, we were immediately welcomed. Everyone is so kind there and answered any questions we had. The room was wonderful and we loved the bathtub. We will definitely stay at 1 Hotel again. High recommend!

Had a great stay. I appreciate the parking spaces for full sized vehicles near the entrance of their below ground parking structure. Old building with good upgrades. Staff is great.
