Lovely old style hotel but everything looks sharp and fresh. Really enjoyed my stay here, I’ll stay again as and when I return to Nagasaki

Very amazing experience staying next to a stadium. Our room overlooking the hills and our breakfast is beside the stadium which you can access in. Staff is excellent, the onsen is excellent, the room is amazing and the kids loved it so much. My kids are still talking about it ♥️. Thank you very much. Check in process was confusing with the tablet. No real person to check you in. There was a fee of 500 yen per person which we did not know about. The elevator had a very bad odor. Limited amenities inside the room, only provided towels and toothbrush. No umbrellas provided. The room also had a very bad odor. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Overall ok stay.

The room overall was nice with the separate washroom and traditional shower, a kitchen, and a TV. The only bad part was the cleanliness of the couch and beds. The couch had an unlimited amount of stains from who knows where. The beds also had a bit of a stench to them, but you get used to it after a bit.
