Check in took more time than it should. Pushing to sell timeshares was a bit much.

Eveything was perfect. I have stayed at alot of places in vegas and this was well worth the money. Will stay again.

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

If you will add coffee machine to the room. Room wasn’t clean enough, even after they cleaned still left unclean stuff in the room. Friendly stuff and helpful in the casino area

Everything about our stay was phenomenal - the amenities, the room, the staff, the restaurants!

Room was clean and staff was courteous and helpful !

All of it …outstanding!

The room was comfortable. The housekeeping was impeccable. My only complaint would be the $25 a day microwave rental.
