Staff and restaurants were awesome

Room was fine, staff were outstanding. They really aimed to please. Travel desk was very helpful. My problem with the place is the location. I had multiple people tell me the neighborhood was not safe. I didn’t see anything nearby that I would have wanted to walk to anyway. So I ate meals at the hotel. The food was not to my liking.

Pool is natural salt water and can’t see to bottom due to pollution- better maintenance on pool is expected for 5 star. All other amenities were superb. Rooms have architectural roof that echos and can be disturbing at times if you plan to hang out in the room with friends.

There is no aspect of the hotel that is not excellent. They leave nothing to chance and I will never stay anywhere else in Delhi. And if there is a Taj property wherever I travel I will stay there. Like the properties in London. Always amazing and always consistent.
