Hotel is very nice and has a roof top bar. Views at sun set are amazing! Rooms are also modern and clean. Breakfast is a little steep at £16. For that price I would expect hotter food and a lot more variety. One thing that really stood out to me was the young bar tenderer who was working the roof top bar In the evenings at the start of the week. As alone traveler he was very welcoming and engaged in great conversation topics. His people skill and customer service was second to none and should be recognised with the hotel management. Overall was a great hotel and I would stay again.

We had 2 nights in a deluxe room. It was very spacious and extremely quiet which was great as I’m a very light sleeper. Our room faced the courtyard so that would help. Breakfast was nice, not a lot of cooked options (only eggs) but we didn’t need to have a cooked breakfast. Otherwise it was perfectly adequate for our needs. The hotel opens out onto a nice square with a few bars and restaurants which was perfect for us after a long day of walking. 2 things bothered me- I asked reception to tell housekeeping not to change our bedding or to change our towels. However, the cleaning staff didn’t change the glasses by our bed and most definitely didn’t clean around the sink area in the bathroom. I didn’t chase for it to get done given we were only there one more night. Secondly-the city tax- this is more for Hotels.com- I couldn’t see any mention of this being payable upon departure. Normally it’s mentioned somewhere in the booking system. Luckily when we checked in I heard a departing guests being asked for payment so was made aware of it at that point. Otherwise, these were very small issues and we enjoyed our stay.

Messaged Hotel for directions from airport,a few days ago no reply.Late checking due to flight delays and unable to locate Hotel.No refreshments available only water.Minibar empty.Went to shower in am ,wet in shower no shower gel or shampoo,container empty Also noticed light was out above shower.Breakfast was varied ,no one there to take room no or give directions on first morning.Plates cold and food luke warm then put on a cold plate.Chairs were big and cramped together,making returning to buffet difficult.I left to go eat outside.No slippers provided or bathrobe.I did manage to sleep.Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.Due to many, attention to detail issues I would rather this as a Hotel 3*

The staff were very friendly and respectful. Breakfast was excellent with many alternative kind of food. The place of the hotel is very close to the Parliament and you can get the most interesting places to visit, just by walking.

The staff were lovely—so helpful and friendly! The hotel is beautiful, and the location was excellent, with everything nearby. We could easily walk to restaurants and explore the sights.

The Aria Budapest is in the top three of all of the hotels we have stayed in as far as the property itself. We would rank it number one in staff courtesy and professionalism. Every member of staff we encountered made us feel like an honored guest in their home.
