Everything was amazing- The accommodations, the property decor, the staff like Adrian and Chef Luis were very personable and welcoming. Our room was upgraded from partial ocean view to full as we were celebrating our 23rd wedding anniversary, so that was a nice touch. We would definitely book again.

Amazing property! My boyfriend and I had the most comfortable stay and the staff was super friendly. And the Aviv restaurant was out of this world! A must stay in Miami!

Good hotel Friendly staff especially Rocco

I loved how well informed all staff members were, from security walking around to management to waiters. I didn't meet a single person who wasn't well informed, friendly and trying to make this trip better than any trip you've ever gone on before. The buildings, decorations, rooms, grounds were mind boggling and gorgeous; you kinda wish you had a dozen eyes to take everything in.

Hotel Review: A Frustrating Billing Experience Despite an Apology I recently booked two rooms at this hotel through Expedia and, unfortunately, encountered a frustrating and time-consuming billing issue. Despite clearly booking through Expedia, the hotel still charged my credit card directly for both rooms. When I brought the issue to their attention, they acknowledged the mistake and apologized—yet the charges remained. It ultimately took nearly a month to get the payments sorted out, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. If you plan to stay here and book through a third-party site like Expedia, I highly recommend you double-check with the front desk to ensure they do not also charge your credit card. While the staff was polite in their communication, apologies only go so far when you're still left chasing down a refund. The stay itself may have been fine, but the billing experience left a lasting negative impression.

Excellent stay at this place, nice clean boutique hotel next to Venice Beach we were on top floor room clean and comfortable with excellent view from the side of the ocean, breakfast was standard nothing to talk about, did use their bike which is not looking bikes but if you want to bike around the beach you should have your own bike, staff was pleasant helpful only negative thing I came across was they were renuating top floor so there lot of construction traffic in only passenger elevator which was annoying, hopefully all building construction be over when I visit next time

The room was a bit old and very small but I guess that is to be expected in NYC. Their breakfast was pretty good, with Japanese options like miso soup, rice, and fish. One of their two elevators were broken the whole time we were there but it wasn’t too bad. Overall not bad but probably wouldn’t go again.
