the food was amazing. best food at a resort i’ve ever had. i didn’t like that there was only one buffet for dinner and it was too crowded and long lines. the beach wasn’t swimmable bc of the sargassum

Staying here was fun! A lot of events happen everyday at the pool. The food in the buffet wasn't the best and the area was HOT!

I spent 5 days at the resort. My first all inclusive. Overall I liked the experience. I didn’t like that you only get two wifi access codes per room. You have to pay additional fee if you want more access. So between my husband and I and our two teenage daughters this was a major inconvenience for us. Of course you want to unplug on vacation but you also want to document your trip and be able to connect with each other when you get separated at the resort. Also, my sister ordered a birthday cake to celebrate her 50th birthday but they did not have it at our dinner reservation. That was very disappointing. Overall we enjoyed our vacation. The breakfast buffet and lunch at the Hacienda were our favorite food spots. Dinner was mostly mid. We had a couple of dinner selections that were okay. And communication was not so good because we didn’t know about most of the activities that we could do until our trip was almost over. So we missed out on a lot.

The property was small and quiet! If you are looking for a kid free get away, this is the place. The staff makes you feel like family while you’re there. I would definitely return to stay again!!

Arrive early to enjoy the sweat lodge, rosemary rinse, and cenote swim—it’s a true healing ritual. Palmaïa isn’t just a resort—it’s a sanctuary. My favorite place on Earth.

To say that Temptation is amazing would be an understatement. This was our second time staying there and a time was had!!! I literally can’t wait to go back and next time I’m checking a whole bag with theme costumes. It’s the ideal, adult getaway with tons to do, plenty of food options, drinks galore and we made so many friends in the day and night events. I highly recommend.
