Great location so it’s easy for us to walk to all the attractions. The staff are welcoming and attentive.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was wonderful but the rooms are too small.

The room was very nice, a good size, very clean. Bed was comfortable, appreciated the mini bar. Hotel was right in the middle of a very popular shopping location, easy to get to transportation and lots of places to eat and drink nearby

Great breakfast and staff. Might have been nice to open pool earlier, but that is just my preference

Good location, receptive and responsive staff. Good breakfast spread and service from the two ladies that primarily handle this. However, the he main issue with this property is the size and layout of the room. And I am talking about an upgraded deluxe room that is supposed to be close to 260 sq ft. I have stayed in smaller rooms that were well laid out and never felt them lacking. Here, To begin with, the room is tiny and more importantly, disjointly organized. There is almost zero counter space, the night stands are tiny, literally 10”x10” size that can’t fit anything, there is a single table that holds the coffee machine, lamp, water, cups in a tray etc, and so takes up 60% of room. Highly inconvenient. That is all of the available space. There is no luggage rack for your bags other than a bench, which can only fit one bag, we used a chair in the room for the 2nd bag, leaving no sitting space in the room. The shower is tiny and behind a separate door, the toilet is behind another door, and the biggest surprise being the sink being outside across the bed. Hugely inconvenient and ruins the vibe of the room. There is a closet with no reachable shelf, good for hanging, but zero storage. Too many drawbacks for the convenience of location, and does not offer value for money at close to $500/night. There are many other choices to consider nearby. Could not try any other amenities.
