Great view and amazing location

Too busy when checking in. I stayed here 3 weeks ago and just now, but this trip didn't feel good with LCT residence. No coffee maker in the room, broken remote controller of TV. Not easy to access the reception.

Fromt staff was not educated properly to guide the guests

The hotel (and the parking) would have been a little difficult to find, but the hosts were very responsive and made sure they came out to help us. They were very friendly and helpful and made all the difference in getting parking and getting into the unit, which requires a code to access. They even had early check in available and gave us a welcome cake! Keyless entry, which is great. The pool takes 2-3 hours to fill, so make sure to contact the host and get instructions on how to prep the pool so they can start to fill it for you while you're away. Having only one bathroom is the only downside of this unit that comfortably fit my family of 5, but the location can't be beat and we would definitely come back.

room was very clean and the staff are very nice. breakfast was also delicious. hoped each day had menu differently but still satisfying. Will come back.

I didn’t give 5 stars for amenities because I did not have time to utilize it on this trip. But overall the location was great. I felt more of a local vibes than a touristy place which I liked.
