Most beautiful view of any hotel. Easy Access and Convenient.

Great staff, great hotel. Only problem was the room my bf and I booked on Expedia was not the room we got in person so that was annoying.

The room was clean. The staff was nice and I always think it’s pretty cool when you have a restaurant inside of the hotel that way if you don’t feel like traveling far to get a quick bite or if you had a long flight and you just need something quick to eat to relax I think it’s always cool and the fact that they had two restaurants a free workout room a free, beautiful seating area where you can just relax in a restaurant with the patio is super cool

All staff were helpful and friendly. My daughter is in wheelchair. The accessibility was superior to other hotels we have stayed in. Only improvement would be to add safety bars by toilet and in shower. Overall very pleasant stay and I highly recommend the Lombardy to others.

The location was perfect. Close to the 6, plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. We stayed in the two bedroom suite and was plenty of space for everyone. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was quiet and beds were comfortable. The staff were so friendly and nice. We will definitely stay again when back in NYC.

Hotel hits all the 5 star spots apart from 2 points. 1 - the rooms are not soundproof at all, and being able to hear the conversations in the room next door so clear that i could repeat what they were saying is not what i would expect. Second - the front desk staff are not as polished and committed to the level of service i would expect from a top end 5 star hotel. Doormen were top class. All in all it's a good hotel, but with so much choice in NY, i have stayed in better.

I didn't have breakfast. I was denied breakfast and I was running late meeting with my tour guide to the statute of Liberty and Ellis Island. I thought since I have paid for a room with breakfast, the had a data that show that information but it was not that way. I was told I needed to download the voucher for separately. The hotel itself was nice. The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were small and comfortable and so were the beds. They room was clean but could have used some updates and repairs. We had two main issues with our stay. The first was parking. The website states on-site parking which is definitely not the case. There is a public garage next to the property but was completely full with residents of the area that pay monthly and the staff there was rude. We had to drive several blocks to find an open lot as there was not any street parking and most streets people were double parked. Our other issue is that Saturday night there was an extremely large promotional party that we had no idea was happening. No notice was given to me when booking or when we arrived. There were so many people you could not even get into the lobby or from the lobby to the bar across from it. The party went until 11 pm and was extremely loud. After the event ended we were startled awake by ambulance and police sirens out front of the hotel. This wasn't just 1 or 2 cops this was dozens of police officers, multiple ambulance and a fire truck. I would like to give a better review as the hotel itself was very nice but the parking was a nightmare and should be stated correctly on the website so people know before booking. They should also tell people about large events like this as we would have chosen somewhere else to stay had we known.
