I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was well maintained, the rooms were spacious and spotless, and the staff provided outstanding customer service.

The rooms were very clean, the staff was awesome and so helpful. I just wish every room had an iron/ironing board. They did provide us one on request but the housekeeper took it away when she cleaned the room. But I understand others may have needed it. The hotel provides free breakfast but if you are going on a tour early and can’t eat at the hotel, they provide a to go bag; water, juice, pastry, in a cute white bag! And the location is perfect. I would definitely stay again!

Unique property well located with attentive staff

Pretty lobby with fancy artwork and sculptures. Gentleman at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. Great breakfast that started early and made it easy to get the shuttle to the airport.

I wanted to give this place an excellent review however, it wasn’t located near anything to walk to , I checked in and the room was great, comfy bed ,but then went for a drink at the pool bar which was closing, the staff was rude and acted like we inconvienced them to get a beer, then went back to room and tv didn’t work at all had the guy come check it out and he couldn’t get it to work even after explaining the card key, offered to change our room but we didn’t want to pack up ,asked for something off bill, he said he would , went to desk to check out the lady with black hair was rude when I told her hair dryer didn’t work in bathroom , she tried to explain the card key which I already knew how to use made it seem like it was my fault it didn’t work , then I asked what discount I could get for the tv not working and they comped 3 beers. She was not very helpful, rude and needs to learn better customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place and I would teach the girl at the desk how to deal with customers , perhaps she should rethink her career in hospitality as it doesn’t suit her …
