Where to start. Everything. Everything. The hosts are very special. An uncommon concierge. A friend. The whole team. Day and night. The beautiful gallery. I was so disappointed with this hotel. It purports to be a 5 star hotel and I was certainly paying a rate commensurate with that but it simply isn’t of a high enough standard to deserve a 5 star rating. From staff arguing with each other in front of us to being denied entry to the bar because it was too busy; there simply isn’t enough room for me to list their faults here, which essentially come down to a lack of attention to detail and care but if the management want to write to me I will give them the full list.

We had a great time at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was relaxing. The location was convenient, and we really enjoyed the facilities. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely come back.”

Had a very nice stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating such as when we asked for extra pillows. Rooms were nice however would have liked a kettle in the room and plug or usb sockets closer to the bed. Overall was a nice stay. Breakfast was very nice with a large selection of continental however some bacon and actual sausages (rather than frankfurters) for British guests would have been nice.
